  • Heartwood Renovations specializes in high-end residential renovations, additions, custom cabinetry, millwork, and new home construction. Our projects often include kitchen remodels, bathroom renovations, whole-home updates, interior reconfigurations, custom built-ins, and larger-scale additions. We focus on projects where quality, durability, and careful execution matter.

  • What sets Heartwood Renovations apart is our combination of craftsmanship, reliability, and relationship-driven service. We are not a volume-based remodeling company. We take a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to each project, with strong communication, trusted trade relationships, and a commitment to work that is built right and built to last. Our clients choose us when they want a partner who values both the finished result and the experience of getting there.

  • Yes. Heartwood Renovations regularly collaborates with architects, interior designers, and real estate professionals who need a construction partner they can trust. We understand the importance of communication, coordination, schedule awareness, and protecting the client experience from start to finish. Our goal is to help our partners deliver beautiful work while making the process organized, professional, and dependable.

  • Heartwood Renovations is often the right fit for homeowners who want to invest in a home with intention, especially those updating older homes in West Hartford and surrounding Connecticut communities. We are well suited for clients looking for high-quality kitchen renovations, additions, custom woodwork, and larger-scale improvements that balance beauty, function, and long-term value. We are especially drawn to projects that require craftsmanship, thoughtful problem-solving, and close collaboration.

  • Homeowners should look for a renovation contractor with a strong track record of quality workmanship, clear communication, dependable project management, and trusted trade relationships. Beyond the finished visuals, the right partner should be able to guide the process well, set realistic expectations, and deliver work that holds up over time. At Heartwood Renovations, we believe the best projects come from a combination of craftsmanship, transparency, and a genuine commitment to doing the work right.

  • Our approach is grounded in collaboration, communication, and careful execution. We work closely with homeowners and trade partners from early planning through final walkthrough, with a focus on clarity, organization, and craftsmanship at every stage. Whether the project is a kitchen remodel, an addition, custom cabinetry, or a larger whole-home transformation, we aim to make the experience as thoughtful and well-managed as the finished result.

  • Heartwood Renovations specializes in high-quality, custom renovations, so project costs vary based on scope, layout changes, materials, and finish selections.

As a general starting point, bathroom renovations typically range from $40,000 for a more straightforward project to $120,000+ for a luxury renovation. Kitchen renovations typically range from $110,000 for a more straightforward project to $190,000+ for a larger custom renovation.

An on-site consultation and custom estimate will provide a more accurate starting point for your project, but these numbers provide a good baseline for investment expectations.
